Today's Home Services started in 2016 as a family business with a simple idea: do careful work, explain clearly what's going on in your home, and leave every job cleaner than we found it. That's still how we operate. We're based in Bradenton, we're family-owned and family-operated, and our workers are fully licensed and insured, so you can trust that the work in your home is being handled properly.

Every project begins with a free consultation, and there are no pushy sales tactics. We'd rather show you good ideas and solid workmanship and let that speak for itself.

Who we serve

We work with homeowners and commercial property owners, on projects large and small. Some clients call us for a full kitchen or bathroom remodel; others need a single shower regrouted or a water filter installed. Both get the same attention.

Our service area covers four counties:

• Manatee County: Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton and Longboat Key
• Sarasota County: Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Nokomis, Osprey and Siesta Key
• Charlotte County: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Rotonda West
• Hillsborough County (South Shore): Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin and Sun City Center

What we do

We're a full-service home improvement contractor focused on interiors, with a versatile crew. That means one team can handle several parts of a project rather than you coordinating different trades for each piece. Our services include:

• Bathroom remodeling and renovations
• Kitchen remodeling, renovations and replacements
• Tile installation, plus tile and grout cleaning and grout replacement
• Flooring installation, including vinyl plank, wood, epoxy and tile
• Kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and quartz and granite countertops
• Shiplap and wood paneling, and interior trim and moulding
• Interior and exterior painting
• Water purification systems, including whole-house filtration and hard-water treatment

A growing focus on bathroom remodeling

Bathroom remodeling is where we're putting our focus. It's also the room where small details matter most: waterproofing behind the tile, the slope of a shower floor, ventilation that keeps mildew away in a humid climate, and fixtures that stand up to hard water.

We make a distinction our clients find useful. A bathroom renovation refreshes what's there with select upgrades such as new fixtures, better storage or minor layout tweaks. A bathroom remodel is a complete transformation of layout, fixtures, lighting and finishes. Either can be done in stages. How we work

Every project starts with a conversation and a visit. We look at the space, listen to what isn't working, and talk plainly about options, including when a smaller fix will do. You'll get a clear estimate before anything is scheduled. On the job, we protect the rooms around the work area, keep you updated as things progress, and tell you right away if we uncover something unexpected, such as water damage behind an old shower wall. When we're finished, we walk through the work with you and clean up before we leave. If you'd like to spread a bigger project out over time, we'll help you plan the stages so each one makes sense on its own.
