This page explains, in plain language, what information Today's Home Services collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the information you choose to enter:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your message, including any details you share about your home or project

The form also records which page of our site you sent it from, using a hidden field, so we know which service or area you were reading about. The form doesn't accept file uploads; if you'd like to share photos, we'll tell you how to send them.

If you call or email us directly, we'll also have your phone number or email address and anything you tell us in that conversation.

We don't ask for payment information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal data through this website, and we'd ask you not to include that kind of information in a form message.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to respond to your request and to schedule and carry out the work you ask about. That typically means calling or emailing you back, arranging a consultation, preparing an estimate and keeping in touch about a project.

We don't add you to marketing lists without your agreement, and we don't use your details for anything unrelated to your inquiry.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it when it's needed to complete the work you've requested, or when we're required to by law.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Only if you choose Accept does the site load Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google tools such as Google Analytics. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to show us which pages are visited, how long people stay and roughly where traffic comes from. The information is reported to us in aggregate to help us improve the site, and we don't use it to identify you personally.

If you choose Decline, Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools aren't loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner doesn't keep reappearing; clearing your browser data resets it. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, and Google offers its own options for opting out of Google Analytics. Declining or blocking cookies won't stop you from reading the site or sending us a message.

How long we keep information

We keep your contact details and project correspondence for as long as they're useful for serving you, such as answering follow-up questions about work we've done, and for normal business record-keeping.

Links to other sites

Our About page links to the websites of our partner companies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
